Our health and safety policy is to:

  1. Provide PPE personal protective equipment
  2. Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health
  3. Manage health and safety risks in our workplace
  4. Provide clear instructions and information and adequate training, to ensure all service providers are competent to do their work and task
  5. Ensure safe handling and use of substances
  6. Maintain safe and healthy working conditions
  7. Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation in case of fire or other significant incident
  8. Consult with our service providers on matters affecting their health and safety
  9. Revise and review this our policy regularly

To ensure health and safety standards are maintained/improved the following people have responsibility in the following area

Anna D. - safety, consulting service providers, fire, first aid and work related ill health

Stephen Shenk - monitoring, accident and ill health investigation, fire and evaluation, training, instruction and supervision

Service Provider/s

All service providers should cooperate with the Managers

Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and

Report all health and safety concerns to an appropriate person *Managers

Risk Assessment

We will complete relevant risk assessments and take action

We will review assessments when working habits or conditions change.

Training

We will give all service providers health and safety induction and provide appropriate training

We will provide personal protective equipment PPE

we will make sure suitable arrangements are in place for service providers to work Contactless

Consultation

We will consult service providers routinely on health and safety matters as they arise and formally when we review health and safety

Evaluation

We will make sure escape routes are well signed and keep clear at all times.

Evaluation plans are tested from time to time and updated if necessary

Variation

These policy is dated 20 March 2021. No changes to these policies are valid or have any effect unless agreed by us in writing. We reserve the right to vary these policy and conditions from time to time. Our new policies will be displayed on the Website or email all service providers and by continuing to use and access the Website following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions from time to time to verify such variation.
